ICT APPLICATIONS REVIEW

Do you need support to validate the strategic direction for your organisation’s ICT function or expert guidance on whether systems integration could be of value to your organisation?

Our ICT Applications Review will give you detailed, actionable findings to improve your ICT environment.

The ICT Applications Review comprises a review of the following ICT application areas and the findings will be summarised in a PowerPoint presentation for your Executive team:

  • ICT Strategy review
  • Follow up interview of key business stakeholders on ICT application requirements, expectations; challenges, risks and issues (where required)
  • Assessment of current state application architecture
  • ICT application Program of Work
  • Assessment of current ICT capability

What’s involved from your side?

You will be fully supported throughout the review process.  We’ll send you a detailed information request and provide you the following questionnaires to inform the review:

    1. Business Stakeholder Questionnaire – to send to the key business stakeholders you nominate to complete (we suggest up to 10 people, including you, your direct reports, a Board representative, ‘super-users’ of your systems – eg Finance, Service Manager).
    2. Technical Review Questionnaire – to send to your ICT technical support leaders (noting your organisation may outsource the technical support function).

Our team may follow up with a conversation with individuals, depending on their responses (and with your permission).  These follow up interviews generally take around 30 minutes.
